The fair included a playground for children, Enchanted Island, where parents could leave the kids while they went to look at the rest of the fair.  Dad, we know you were young at the time, but do you remember playing here?

In the center roses a towering mountain with a fairy castle on top.  One could slide down the mountain side. Also featured was a house of marbles, story telling ladies, playgrounds, a theatre.  Their was even a children's restaurant.  This area was staffed with trained attendants to amuse the children while their parents were visiting other parts of the fair.
