So what makes frozen custard different from ordinary ice
cream or soft-serve products? Well, once you taste the difference, we are sure
you will agree, it's just plain better, Frozen custard has richer, creamier, smoother, and thicker
texture. It is also made
freshly. By definition, it has to
have 10% butterfat and 1.4% egg. Regular soft serve machines actually pump 50-90% air into
the ice cream. Frozen custard, on the
other hand, has only 10-30% air volume, if that, making the custard that much
better. Sure, it costs more to make; but we think it’s worth
