Parenting Class Syllabus. I do not believe Vocational Education classes really compete with each other. If we work together, students will sign up for the classes that they want -- strong programs help us all out. I created this syllabus with our FACE teacher. It ended up being an authentic assessment for my newsletter unit that I could give my students and it promoted both of our classes. I used it to try and help another teacher review some advanced features of MS Word. Bell Time Templates: Foods I and II. Getting students on-task at the top of the hour is an important priority for all of us. I created these templates to help our FACE teacher. I enjoy sharing technology with my students and our staff. Movie Projects. I wanted to help our Parenting Class teacher with technology, so I set up templates for some of here handouts. These movie projects are neat -- students use entertaining films to stimulate discussion about family matters. Child's Needs - Slides 1-6. Here are screen captures of a PowerPoint project I created with Jeanne Erickson, WCCF, as an authentic assessment. My Web Design class used this to created a interactive Web pages. I gave a copy to our Parenting class teacher for her to use as well. To see an animated version, check out my CONNECT: WCCF link. Baby's Needs - Slides 7-12. These are the rest of the screen captures of the PowerPoint project for my Building Better Bonds with Baby Bus Tour. To see an animated version, check out my CONNECT: WCCF link. |
